- 12/07/2006: First of all I'd like to finally introduce myself. My name is Mike and I'm Alex's son. I'm also the webmaster of Alex-Chereches.com. I'd also like to thank the supporters of the site and of my fathers (Alex) art. All of your warm compliments are very appreciated by my father and I. Thank you all very much.
Now a quick update on what's going on, and what's going to happen with the site. I'm going to be adding new a section with new paintings as soon as I have them photographed and uploaded to my computer. I also added a section called "The Artist" which will contain miscellaneous photo's of Alex. Please stay tuned.
Although I like how the site turned out, I'm working on giving it a facelift. This wont be for quite a while. I'm currently working with a new web design program which allows me to do a lot more than the program I've been using, so stay tuned for some big changes.
- 11/09/2006: The "Home" page has been officially changed to the "News" section. All site updates will be posted here.
A new section has been added to the site. "Gallery - Classic". This section has a number of Alex's classic paintings on both canvas and on glass from the mid 1950's to the late 1980's. Titles and dates will be uploaded in the near future.
A section called "Publications" has also been added. This section will have a list of publications that Alex was mentioned in the past present and future. Please check back soon for more updates...
- 11/08/2006: Welcome! Titles for the paintings in the "Gallery - Current" section have been updated. The "Links" section has been updated with Alex's myspace.com link as well.
